Lisa Draper was exceptionally helpful at getting us reserved for a popular time period at a Palm Springs resort. I had to call a second time after conferring with my Husband. Summer assisted with my request by contacting Lisa to let her know a return Member was asking for her. Summer verified that I was a Member/Owner which also helped the process proceed quickly.
